I was thinking this morning about how we sometimes view an incident or experience, whether tragic or joyous as God's mysterious plan- especially if we don't understand it. We get confused when it directly affects us and we can't figure out His purposes. Our tendency is to want to categorize something and put it in a box. Of course we may never know what His great plan is, but I do know that while we think in simple terms of God's will working in one or two people's lives because of an occurrence; in actuality, it could be thousands or more souls. That just blows me away that God's mind is so infinite that He is orchestrating His will to be done billions of times over while loving each of us enough to let us mess it up.
